Todd Helton
The I-ON is proudly endorsed by Five-time NL All-Star Todd Helton.
Todd Helton was drafted by the Colorado Rockies® out of the University of Tennessee, the 8th pick overall in the 1995 draft. His first full season in the majors was 1998. He is the first player in MLB® history to hit at least .315 with 25 HR & 95 RBI in each of his first seven full seasons (Joe DiMaggio did it in his first six). And he’s only the 3rd player to put up those numbers in any seven consecutive seasons. Number two and thee? Baseball legends, Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig.
Todd is the active MLB® leader in Batting Average (.337), second only to Barry Bonds in On-Base Percentage (.433) and third behind Bonds and Manny Ramirez in Slugging Percentage (.607). In 2005, he led the Majors in On-Base Percentage (.445), tied for second in the NL in doubles (45), and was fourth in the NL in both Walks (106) and Batting Average (.320; one of only seven players to hit that percentage or better in 2005). In 2007, Todd became the first player in MLB history to hit 35 or more doubles in 10 consecutive seasons.
